Breaking news: 17th Karmapa one step closer to returning Black Crown to Tsurphu Monastery

According to The Indian Express the 17th Karmapa is one step closer to fulfilling his promise to the Chinese Government to return it to Tsurphu Monastery.

If the Chinese Government takes issue with the Karmapa being allowed to return to Sikkim I have the wrong end of the stick.

If the Chinese Government doesn’t protest the Indian Government’s decision I nailed it.

It all comes down to this.

I don’t see the Indian Government risking relations with China over this nonsense.

God, Bill, you’ll spin anything. If the Karmapa wanted to take the black Hat back to Beijing he would have done so already. All he’d have to do is go to a Chinese embassy on one of his international trips to Europe or the states. It’s not hard. He is not working with the Chinese government.
