Does Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche being married make him a fake lama?

The Chinese government apparently does.

Perhaps we should require all our Lamas be married at least once.

What does this mean, anyway? Living Buddha.
    What is everyone else?
It reminds me of America, who states “separation of church and state” is a founding principle but never meant it. If atheists need living Buddhas, China makes no sense whatsoever. At least not commonly.
This seems to be the state of the world – confused.
I’m gladly on borrowed time here and plan to spend my time ignoring it.
When time is short living beings live smarter. I’m tired of worrying over this psych ward for confused people with identity crisis.
    Have a nice day 😀
