In 1992 China ‘recognized’ Ogyen Trinley Dorje as 17th Karmapa as far as they are concerned.

We wouldn’t be in this situation today if Tibetans supported Shamar Rinpoche’s choice for 17th Karmapa.

Ogyen Trinley Dorje following Karmapa Thaye Dorje’s example and ‘disrobing’ would be a step in the right direction.

Being from Quebec I know well how a little solidarity goes a long way when fighting for your independence.

In Quebec the Church collaborated with its occupation just as Tibet’s exiled monastics have done as such.

Quebec could never have been occupied without the Church’s collaboration.

The same can be said of Tibetans and their monasteries.

The French of Quebec love their religion.

The same can be said of the Tibetans and their religion.

That being said they when push came to shove the French of Quebec prevailed.

The same can be said of Tibetans.

It took the French of Quebec 217 years to get their country back.

Tibetans are only 58 years into their struggle.

Say no to Chinese influence in Tibetan Buddhism.

Don’t allow these people to insinuate themselves into succession by reincarnation and normalize their occupation of Tibet.
