The leader of the Tibetan Governmen-in-exile has called upon the Dalai Lama to return to China.

OTD fled India last year and presently is living here in the United States.

Those Tibetans whom qualifiy to become Indian citizens will be allowed to remain.

    I understand the idea of sending DL, your Karmapa, and Trungpa to Tibet. Most of us would like to send our boss as far away as possible so we could be free to do whatever we want.

    Some centre right journalist in India talks of speculation and you’re calling it an agreement between India and China.

    The original idea of the early refugees was to return to Tibet when things were safe again.
